A David Jones called stating that I needed to contact him immediately as this was a time sensitive matter. I needed to call or my attorney as I had a lawsuit against me for an unpaid loan.

I answered call, but the person hung up. I called back and they hung up again. Location: Goleta, CA. I will do a reverse call look-up and may post what I find or dispute it with the Do Not Call list.

I answered the call, they asked for a "Mr. Hernandez" I stated that she (the Caller) had the wrong number. She paused then asked me to identify myself. I replied "I am not Mr. Hernandez and thats pretty much all you need to know." She then thanked me and hung up. {I don't know if it is a collector or not but I am certain it is not a "dePt" collector. DeBt.

I also received their email as another individual stated as a result from responding to an ad on Craigslist. Guess I won't use Craigslist anymore. There was another one earlier last week for a similar job in an area closer to where I live. The email with this phone number isn't asking for credit report, but a background check instead.

Cell phone text message: "Free VzW MSG Upgrade today! Buy 1 EnV2 for $79.99 after $50 mail in rebate debit card, get 1 FREE w/ new 2yr Agmt per phone. Expires. Rply Q 2 opt out." Somehow, I don't think Verizon would try to sell me something by sending a text message that needed an explicit "opt out" to decline...

keeps calling, won't leave message

They have called me every day for four days. Twice today. If I answer they hang up. Very annoying!

I've received calls from this number at least twenty times the last two days. When I answer the phone the call is either cut off or very hard to hear. I tried to call the number and there was music that played for several minutes. I gave up and hung up my phone. I'm sure it's a solicitor. It's extremely irritating because it's running up my cell phone bill.

Repeated calls for personal information; which I do not give, I have asked to be removed from their list without success. Very annoying.
